LCTS Information
Local Collaborative Time Study measures activities which are eligible for federal reimbursement, through Random Moments. This method of Random Moments documents time spent by staff on various work activities at randomly selected dates/times each quarter.
The agreement with the Feds is to randomly sample from among eligible LCTS persons 5 times/quarter. These results provide a snapshot of activity by participants. Codes are used statistically for estimation of total time spent on various activities.
At the end of each quarter, the State calculates for Federal Reimbursement.
